Luxury Oceanfront 3 Bedroom at Sandy Beach

Spent 4 nights here in Sept. and had a good time. Overall I would rate 3 1/2 stars. POSITIVES: Beautiful ocean front view from 7th story unit. Well decorated with nice furniture & appliances. Good location on quiet part of beach and minutes from Boardwalk at the Beach and Walmart. Building wasn’t packed when we visited so elevators were fast and accessible. NEGATIVES: Baseboards were very dirty and master walls had stain streaks. Balcony was dirty and cushions covered in black mold. Unit wasn’t super well stocked and missing a pizza cutter which is usually a staple. Kitchen has undermount lighting but none work, & fridge filters needed replacing. LR TV is mounted so tightly to wall you can’t access any ports. There’s no guest guide, so figuring out how to use TV and shower was difficult. No carbon monoxide detector so bring your own. Overall this is a nice play in a good location, but based on our travel history at similar places, for this price we expect more attention to detail.

Matt very disappointed to receive this review as you did not communicate with me at all during your stay. This is the first bit of negative feedback this condo has received and am sorry it fell short of your expectations. Every stay is unique however some of the mentioned issues are not even listed as amenities so you should not expect them to be available. Addressing these issues with my housekeepers but all easily fixable during your stay had they been communicated to me. I wish you look on your future stays, please pay attention to host's amenities and communicate with your host should you have questions on how to work something.

Fantastic vacation-the beach, pool, decks, proximity to a convenience store were just what our Family of 4 needed. Enjoyed sunrises each morning, and everyone slept very well. The condo was clean; just as described in the listing. Kyle was very responsive and helpful; check in was easy (greatly appreciated after a long drive). Parking is across the street; it wasn't any trouble bc there were many luggage trolleys to use. I felt safe walking around; there were security guards down in the valet area. I suggest bringing your own beach chairs/umbrella; it was crazy expensive to rent chairs/umbrella on the beach. I also suggest bringing extra laundry supplies, hand soap, bath supplies-some were provided, but if you have kids, you know you're doing lots of laundry on vaca! I suggest bringing your own cooking spices/oil/cooking utensils -some basic things were available. Also, bring your own coffee K-cups. Wifi is not password protected, in case you need to do some work (we used our hotspot

Beautiful condo, right on the beach, walkable to many shops, restaurants, and amusement park. Responsive host. Comfortably slept 7 people. Love the extra large balcony

Lovely unit with so much space. Super clean and easy to access all. Walked to the boardwalk - about 10-15m, right downstairs are the pools and right adjacent to the pools is the beachfront. Could not have been more convenient. Parking is easy and plentiful - lot for tenants of building only. The ocean front view was wonderful. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Our family really enjoyed our stay. It was clean, really nice decor, convenient to everything we wanted to do. Waking up to the ocean every morning was great. I would for sure recommend. Only minor complaint was the bunk bed mattress and the queen mattress in 2nd bedroom were a little uncomfortable. Pool area was okay we didn’t actually use it.

Let me start by saying the host Kyle is by far the best host we have ever had. That's saying alot since we are frequent travelers. The view from this 7th floor double balcony is to die for. The chairs on the balcony are top notch. No plastic cheap stuff. The pool and hot tub sounds were totally blocked out when the sliding doors were shut. Couldn't hear a peep from anywhere else. The condo itself it very modern, clean, and spacious. I would never come to Myrtle Beach again without reaching out to book from Kyle. Thanks again for helping to make our trip memorable!!!

The condo was very nice -- modern, clean, and spacious. Plenty of linens provided, laundry in the unit was convenient. The 7th floor is a great height for ocean and beach views from the balcony. The condo and hallways were quiet, even with other guests nearby. The condo could use better lighting, especially above the kitchen table. And it was impossible to open the fridge doors wide due to the space. The pool area was top notch, with several pools, hot tubs, and a lazy river. Enjoyed days on the beach followed by late dips in the pool. Kyle was a fantastic host. Very responsive and offered us a partial day rate for our travel day. The location wasn't my favorite. It wasn't bad, but the beach was fairly busy and there's an amusement park across the street. We did not rent a car and walked to the boardwalk for dinner twice.

We loved staying at Kyle’s beautiful place. The location is pretty spot on. The amenities are amazing and if you’re looking for a no-frill vacation pad, this is your place. The space is beautifully decorated- however some of the wall sculptures are sharp. If you’re not careful, you can bump your head on one of the metal wall decorations and injure yourself- so just a heads up if you have kids. The bunk beds had an uncomfortable mattress and it’s worth noting that out of the three bedrooms- only one of them has windows. These are all minor minor grievances since this place has so much to offer.

This place was excellent! I was hesitant that this would be too good to be true at Myrtle beach because most condos are outdated or dirty, but this one was neither. It was modern, clean, and everything was superb. I come to Myrtle beach at least 3-4 times a year, and I Loved staying here and would love to stay when I come back.

This place was great! Right on the beach, great views (that I’m going to miss waking up too)! The cleanliness was amazing, as I’m SUPER picky about that. I honestly can’t wait to come back, maybe even during the summer months. The location was central to a lot of things, and the heated pools were perfect since the weather was a little chilly. Kyle is an amazing host and I can’t wait to book with him again!

Three of us (adults) enjoyed a stay at this condo - it was perfect. Nicely situated on the water, with pools, hot tubs, and nearby convenience store. The space was nicely furnished and very clean. We really didn't need to communicate with Kyle, so can't say how that aspect would have been. All instructions for access, parking, use of space, and what to do on departure were clear and concise. We didn't cook at "home" much, but had all that we needed, when we did prepare a meal. The building was quiet, we never heard any neighbors or people in the hallways. I would choose this condo again, if I get back to Myrtle Beach in the future. Thanks so much, Kyle!

Beautiful condo with fabulous location block from the boardwalk. Place was as described, host friendly and efficient. Surprisingly big space, plenty of room for a family. View from balcony was gorgeous, beds comfortable and multiple jet shower wonderful. Unlike some of the other places we’ve stayed, the building itself was well maintained and clean as well. Only items to note…there is no tea kettle or pizza cutter, otherwise everything you need. Would definitely cone back again!

Great place for a weekend stay. The bed was the most comfortable thing I've ever slept on. Everything as described. We enjoy sitting out on balconies, this one was too small for more than one person, but we could tell from pictures that it was. Nice stay for couples. They were doing construction around the pool area, so it was awkward getting to the beach. Not Kyle's fault, but wanted let others know.

I love this place. The view of both Ocean Blvd and the beach was very nice to have. The balcony is very small. 2 ppl may touch knees. Not a major factor for me. Everything is as shown. Easy entrance. No front desk check in was SUPER GREAT. The location was great. I will book again.
