Unique end unit located at the Compass Cove Resort in Myrtle Beach! Room offers a king bed in addition to a sofa and murphy bed located in the living room. Great for families and very spacious. Enjoy the great views of the Grand Strand off your Oceanfront balcony. Compass Cove also has a large resort area with pools, hot tubs, and fun for all ages! Guests have access to all pool amenities with the exception of the waterslides.

GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT, SECURITY DEPOSIT, & ID VERIFICATION REQUIRED

All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Deposit in order to receive Arrival Instructions. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules.

Kyle is a very responsive host. place is nice and cool while clean and comfortable. access to beach couldn't be more easy. The Starbucks on property helps with that early morning caffeine need!

I stayed here with my family & we really enjoyed our stay! The resort was amazing, the view was even better, pools and hot tubs were amazingg, everything was super clean, & our favorite part of the resort was definitely the bar and Starbucks right downstairs, we for sure plan to be back!

Room was clean and looked as pictured. Great views from both the bedroom and the living room. Lots of pools in the hotel for the kids to enjoy and lots of seating outside for the grown ups. Pools looked clean too. Overall a great value!

Will definitely be back! Kyle was a great host, gave us very clear and easy instructions for check in and resort information. Beautiful view of the ocean and in close proximity to majority of local attractions and restaurants. We definitely recommend!

Our time spent here was well worth the trip! Kyle was very respectful and responsive to our questions. The condo was exactly as shown in the pictures. Comfortable beds and bedding. Kitchen was fully stocked with all utensils needed for cleaning. The only hiccup was the slow moving drains in the bathroom sink and tub. Other than that I would highly recommend and would definitely book again.

Kyle’s place was the perfect spot to celebrate my 60th birthday. The view from the balcony was breathtaking and we loved the easy access to the beach. The condo was clean and inviting and had everything we needed for a great week away. Thanks, Kyle, for the use of your beautiful place.

Kyle's condo at Compass Cove Resort was fantastic, it provided great views of the sunset and sunrise every day of our trip. Kyle also informed us the condo was just renovated with hardwood floors and a new paint color that really makes the condo stand out in our opinion. I was able to see some other rooms around Compass Cove and they just look outdated compared to Kyle's, they still have carpet in most of them. We cannot recommend this condo enough! We hope to return soon, hopefully to some warmer weather next time. You won't regret staying here!
